Keith Hunter | Chief Executive Officer
Keith was involved in high-profile investigations of national and international organised crime during his career at New Scotland Yard. In 1997 he ventured into the private sector and successfully established an International Risk management business which focussed predominantly on corporate investigations/ intelligence and security consultancy, specialising in complex and sensitive inquiries for clients from within the legal profession, high net-worth individuals and large corporates. The business grew substantially and, in 2005, was rebranded when Keith became the CEO of RISC Management Ltd. He remains a determined, inspirational and highly focused Director, strategically developing new business opportunities and direction for the business.
Simon Hume Kendall | Chairman
Simon has a wealth of experience and has been highly successful in the financial, insurance, hotel and leisure sectors. He has applied his expertise to a number of mergers and acquisitions of publicly-listed companies and has played a significant role in the flotation on NASDAQ of the Bahamian cruise line, Bermuda Star. Simon is currently the Chair of both the Kent & East Sussex Region of Clydesdale Bank and Lamberhurst Holdings Ltd. and holds numerous significant Directorships.
Steven Smith | Non-Executive Director
Steven received his formal education at Liverpool University where he attained an Honours degree in Commerce, Steven went on to qualify as a chartered accountant specialising in international taxation. Between 1988 and 2001 Steven held several senior financial roles in large private and public groups. He formed a Guernsey based Private Equity business in 1996 which invested in a number of successful IPO’s. He is a founding director of the CPC Group, a Guernsey based property development company.
Martin Chard | Sales Director
Martin has a background assisting High Net Worth clients from around the world. Martin is a serial networker with an impressive contact list covering various industries including the media, sport, property, finance and law. Martin heads up RISC’s business development team and looks after key clients.
Steve Shepherd | IT Security Manager
Steve Shepherd has been with RISC Management Ltd since 2003 and brings with him a wealth of experience gained over 25 years in the business of information technology. His experience has been gained in providing IT risk services for multi-national banks, law firms, mobile phone companies and high net worth individuals both nationally and internationally. This has been demonstrated successfully in many projects, both sensitive and high profile in nature, where identifying and resolving risk issues have produced positive results for the client.
