Keith Hunter | Chief Executive Officer
Keith was involved in high-profile investigations of national and international organised crime during his career in the Metropolitan Police Service, which was based at New Scotland Yard and then the Regional Crime Squad. He ventured into the private sector and successfully established a company specialising in corporate investigations for law firms, media companies and medium to large size enterprises. In 2001, Keith moved to ISC Global UK Ltd as joint CEO and in 2005, after re-branding the company, he became CEO of RISC Management Ltd. He remains a determined, inspirational and highly focused Director, strategically developing new business opportunities.
Simon Hume Kendall | Chairman
Simon has a wealth of experience and has been highly successful in the financial, insurance, hotel and leisure sectors. He has applied his expertise to a number of mergers and acquisitions of publicly-listed companies and has played a significant role in the flotation on NASDAQ of the Bahamian cruise line, Bermuda Star. Simon is currently the Chair of both the Kent & East Sussex Region of Clydesdale Bank and Lamberhurst Holdings Ltd. and holds numerous significant Directorships.
Paul Fullicks | Managing Director
Paul achieved over 27 years experience in the cash-handling services industry and during that time became established as a leading authority in the field of related risk management principles, systems and controls. He also became a well-known and respected industry representative through frequent and enthusiastic involvement in conferences and security committees, in addition to his co-operation with law enforcement agencies. Apart from his specialist knowledge, Paul brings a style of management from his experience in the service industry which is ideally suited to delivering high levels of quality customer service and the realisation the RISC Management Ltd. strategic objectives.
Ernie Pallett | Operations Manager
Ernie Pallett trained as an HM Customs Investigator, and has spent the last seventeen years working in the corporate sector conducting enquiries into a range of frauds and asset misappropriation (including intellectual property theft). He has extensive oil and gas experience and recently returned from five years working in Russia for a major western oil and gas company where he undertook internal investigations and audits into breaches of their ethics and compliance policy as well as allegations of contract or tender fraud. He has also served as the Corporate Security Manager on a major oil exploration and production project which whilst based in Russia included construction sites and project teams around the Far East, Middle East and Europe.
Steven Smith | Non-Executive Director
Steven received his formal education at Liverpool University where he attained an Honours degree in Commerce, Steven went on to qualify as a chartered accountant specialising in international taxation. Between 1988 and 2001 Steven held several senior financial roles in large private and public groups. He formed a Guernsey based Private Equity business in 1966 which invested in a number of successful IPO’s. He is a founding director of the CPC Group, a Guernsey based property development company.
