Simon Hume-Kendall - Chairman
Our Chairman Simon Hume-Kendall has an extensive and highly successful background in the shipping, financial, insurance, hotel and leisure sectors. Simon's expertise in the market has involved him in a number of merger and acquisitions of publicly listed companies. Simon played a significant role in the flotation on NASDAC of the Bahama Cruise Line, Bermuda Star. He is currently the chair of Kent and East Sussex Region of Clydesdale Bank and Lamberhurst Holdings Ltd. Together with numerous other significant Directorships. Simon is also the Chair of Tunbridge Wells Conservative Party, has a keen interest in sport particularly rugby and association football.
Keith Hunter - Chief Executive Officer
Keith's initial career in the Metropolitan Police Service, involved him investigating serious and organised crime on a National & International level while based at New Scotland Yard and the then Regional Crime Squad. Keith ventured into the private sector and successfully established a company specialising in corporate investigation's for law firms, media and medium to large size companies. In 2001 he moved to ISC Global UK Ltd; as joint CEO re-branding in October 2005 to RISC Management Ltd. He remains a determined, inspirational and highly focused Director, strategically developing new business opportunities.
Cliff Knuckey - Managing Director
Cliff is the Managing Director of RISC Management and is recognised as a leading expert in threat assessment, risk management systems and controls, particularly in the financial services sector. Previously a Detective Inspector who achieved over 30 years police experience, he formed and led Scotland Yard's highly acclaimed Money Laundering Investigation Team where he conducted numerous proactive investigations into career criminals and those professionals who invariably facilitated laundering the formers 'proceeds of crime'.
Tim Collins OBE BSSc MA PSC
Educated at Queens University Belfast where he read Economics, Tim was commissioned into the Royal Irish Rangers in 1981. His distinguished military career includes three periods of attachment with 22 Special Air Service, active service in Iraq and senior support roles in Sarajevo. Tim’s book “Rules of Engagement” epitomises his dynamic leadership and communication skills, which enrich his current consultative roles and political aspirations.
Paul Duffen
Paul commenced his career in a sales & marketing role moving to a distribution company in 1981, subsequently becoming managing director of two private companies until forming his own management consultancy in 1997 relating to sport, broadcast and the internet sectors. Paul’s career escalated with the co-formation of CMG plc which was later successfully floated in 2000. He is an experienced market operator with a reputation for problem solving, tenacity and leadership.
Steven Smith
Steven received his formal education at Liverpool University where he attained an Honours degree in Commerce, Steven went on to qualify as a chartered accountant specialising in international taxation. Between 1988 and 2001 Steven held several senior financial roles in large private and public groups. He formed a Guernsey based Private Equity business in 1966 which invested in a number of successful IPO’s. He is a founding director of the CPC Group, a Guernsey based property development company.
