At RISC we offer a bespoke security consultancy working with our clients to obtain the most efficient and effective solution to their security needs. This will include both physical and technical solutions that are unlike other security companies and the service you receive will have a unique personal approach.
We work with a number of property management companies, landowners, logistics companies, hotel groups, hospital trusts, universities etc. The scope of work is varied and diverse and literally may simply be a ‘one off’ assignment to a more long term relationship. A single instruction could simply be requesting us to review and audit the security risk of an office building / warehouse / distribution depot / business park etc; to advice on access levels or CCTV or manned guarding issues.
RISC works with the management company/security department to review and audit the premises/site and based on a full risk assessment. We look to improve and enhance the operation of the guarding and security together with the systems in place that support them. It is often the case that when reviews or audits are carried out the level of service is heightened for a short period before complacency slips in again once the consultant has been and gone. Our regular, but spontaneous penetration testing ensures that best practice is consistently maintained.
Our role in providing the services would be to consider how we may reduce the annual cost of the security budget which is often extremely high; this can be achieved without affecting the security risk but by improving on security systems and allowing technology to supplement the guards in some cases.
We manage the security tendering process of both the technical and physical security. This process works whether the contracts are due for renewal, or that they are simply being changed due to the poor service currently being received. In any event, we would work with you in using our tendering process and allowing your approved contractors or some of ours to participate in this process. We put the tender document together and work with you within an agreed timescale for completion of the process that will include audit, like for like tenders, question and answer session, review of tender submissions, presentations, decision process, start date, implement new security regimes, regular monitoring and meetings.

Provision of all necessary equipment (Radio’s, Torches etc)

First aid training for supervisors ( 4 Day Course)
Commitment to ongoing continuous related training and personal employee improvement schemes
Patrols internal / external, buildings / grounds. Plus Key Holding ,Contract Management and meeting support, as required
Continuous monitoring of the access control system
Control and removal of IT equipment from buildings
Emergency / Bomb threat procedures
Issue and control of Visitors/Contractors swipe card passes also permits to work
